I understand they don't do that work anymore. No one does. And the actuator is no longer being serviced by anyone or sold by anyone either (even the aftermarket type). I'd be interested in the source for the seals and bellow. Let me know. And I will let you know if I get this thing apart.

Did the 1971 Charger use Sparton or Prestolite horns? According to the Chrysler Parts manual, the part number was the same for all cars that year.

1971 Charger with hideaways: Where should the decal go on the top horizontal plate of the hood latch? At the front of the plate, or the rear of the plate near the radiator? Photos appreciated. Thanks.
