i hope you have the support legs for the wing that go in the trunk to attach the wing to the trunk floor pan other wise the quarters will buckle under the strain the factory installed the braces on all the wing cars
the 3 degree rule is for engines running carbs most fuel injected engine are level in the engine bay as they due not require the engine tilt for fuel distibution as carbs do
