1970 Charger stolen out of SE Minnesota

Rotten SOBs. Eye's peeled from Galesville. From his home/private property, or stored somewhere? The former = probably an "inside job": someone who knew the car previously. The latter - any prick and his two dirt-bag buddies that happened across it.

Fender tags: What codes did they list, which ones were left off?

...and "Positraction" on your show placard, then, too? :D

Fender tags: What codes did they list, which ones were left off?

Presuming you have A/C then? I believe tinted would be the default with A/C. What year ('69 by your avatar?) and assembly plant? (they're not consistent throughout)

    1st timer decoding help!

A note on the pics you posted - that 2nd broadcast doesn't go to your car...best as I can tell, it's for a Satellite Sebring that had a scheduled production date about a month? later than your Charger was scheduled? (I can't make out your date for sure, but I'm thinking it must be "C05" meaning...

    1st timer decoding help!

Some basic info on your colors. Your car also has a white stripe that the car in this image does not. **Edit: I'm not sure this is the correct upholstery/stitching/door panel style for your car... the "H" may actually be something else. I looked this up using the "H" I saw on the 2nd sheet...

    1969 coronet fender tag decode?

I went back to find that article on the White/White Promo '69 'verts...see if there was anything about stripes. Meta-data and search pulled it up in Google as 69, so I click on over....I'm reading along and glance at the pic....1970 Coronet - not 69 at all! LOL - totally irrelevant to this...

This one would be almost like a watermark I think :)

    1969 coronet fender tag decode?

I would have thought that a white stripe-on-white paint would be a 1-of-1....German one is a Bee, so not a 'vert and maybe this one still could be? That's one of the odd things about this: Certainly you could order any color bumblebee they made (red, black and white in '69), but this is a...

69 Charger - Need y'alls professional help with decoding Broadcast Sheet as its a bit hard to read

Good deal. I presume you know where to look on the driver's side radiator yoke and the trunk gutter. Probably can't be peeling trunk weatherstrip to see under, so have a small mirror, or better, take flash pics from below 'til your satisfied your seeing "what" is there. '69, so should be VIN...

    1969 coronet fender tag decode?

Yes - it was some of the other years that didn't follow that convention...muddies things a bit until you sift through some of the "whys" that Mother Mopar used.

69 Charger - Need y'alls professional help with decoding Broadcast Sheet as its a bit hard to read

Couldn't really see that in your first pic. Very much an indicator of vinyl roof, or 2-tone paint - neither of which is there any reason to believe were "as-equiped" from the factory by the broadcast or fender tag. Dealer-add is certainly possible; the drip-rail molding is different between...

    1969 coronet fender tag decode?

It's a Coronet R/T. The first Chargers were a fast-back sub-model "package" of the Coronet and this decoder has reference to W/Charger as a remnant because it doesn't differentiate for model year. No factory Charger convertibles either. The "W" also returned into play as a Charger in '71 when...

    Will It FIT?

If you want, hold on to your money for now, and I have a '69 Roadrunner/GTX Sport hood that some previous owner already cut a big hole in right between the fresh air ports. You can experiment with it if you want. You could finalize a template with it, if nothing else. If you can wait a few...

    Will It FIT?

@MelroseMopar - made you a quick composite. They're all quite different and it's easy to see like this.

    Will It FIT?

Don't like the A12 hood that's on there? (assuming you're talking about the car in your profile pic) Belv/Sat/RR hood would bolt on, "fit" the cowl, and run parallel along the fenders -...but latches probably wouldn't align and I'd expect some crashing/big gaps at the grille. Coronets have...
