It's doesn't matter it's all cars. Different part number for V. Top verses painted roof it's in the parts books. The V.top trim MUST be larger to fit all that material in there..
I don't mind some creative renditions when they flow evenly. This IMO looks half decent with the mods to the front end. That being said HOLY **** did he lose that look when he did the back end...
Did you own the car since new? Reason I ask is the trim may have been replaced with V. Top trim as it's the easier of the two to remove. I have a set of V.Top Trim on my one 71 Plymouth even though it's painted as the original trim was mangled trying to remove it.. So someone could put a V. Top...
Prices are all over the place... IMO that set-up was easily worth $1400-$1,750. $750-900 Bubble, $300-$400 door and $350-$450 air box keep in mind these are REAL parts with Part numbers and don't compare to the reproduction stuff... Again my opinion on what I have seen stuff sell for verses...
I would have bought it also just to have and I already have 3 complete air grabber set-ups... They just don't pop up that often especially cheaper than the reproduction stuff...
Guess you should have researched the other one before responding. And actually you are very confused as I just wanted to post about a good deal being out there that someone got. Not complaining at all nor am I selling one. That original assembly simply sold way below market value. Showing there...
I agree restore originals. There was set of 3 used and one nos that recently sold on here for $500 which was a gift as the NOS one was worth that as they were true 3 inch rings with 3 good used originals..
I think this was a steal especially in today's market..

That actually a body Bumper. The spring loaded plastic wedges are located further back behind the hood springs..

I have found there are 3 different springs Light weight for AAR/TA hoods, Normal spring for 71-2 RR standard hoods then heavy Duty springs for A/G hood... That being said that hood is bent springs won't help..
Side marker lights on them are all the same but be careful as there are 2 door and 4 door versions. Many sell the 4 dr ones as 2 doors.. They are different are identified on the backs.
The intake is from Joe Balboa a mopar parts dealer/swap meet guy and the same guy who had some selling issues in New York and then moved to Florida.. His stuff is always up there...
