It's not always about Chevy motors in a Mopar, I never liked it when someone had a Chevy motor in a Ford whether it was a street rod or not. I call it crossbreeding. Maybe bastardsizing.
By the sound of it you probably won't even need to start the car. Jack up the rear and turn one of the wheels back and forth. Also see if there is any play in the pinion shaft at the yoke. A bad bearing or something broken or something loose will be noticeable.

There isn't always a tracking number to follow after it leaves the USA. Several times I had a package coming from overseas and I had conformation it left the seller but couldn't track it until it hit New York. Then I could track it.
I know sometimes I'll turn it the wrong direction thinking you turn it to the right to tighten it but it's actually the opposite to cut it off. I've had them both ways.
Pull the valve cover on that side and inspect rocker, pushrod, spring ect.
If all looks good have a way to put compressed air into that cylinder so you can listen in the carb and tailpipe to hear if you have a burnt or bent valve.
