    If you ask for opinions on what small block is best or what cam to use in a 318, or the like, you will get everyone's opinions. Like in any forum, the "know it all's" answer is the right one according to them and everyone else is a dumb ***.

    I believe you need a shorter lever. I see Classic Industries has some listed. Try TCI or any of the other transmission sellers.

    As long as it feels fast we are good. Remembering the old days with bias ply tires and no traction. A powerful car that could burn tires a city block was impressive meanwhile a Dart or Nova with a small block could beat it to the next stoplight because it didn't waste time or energy making tire...

    I always wanted a Demon but my Swinger came up for sale and I pulled the trigger on that. No regrets. It's going to be hard to see my 66 go but I have been looking at 64 Polara's for a long time now. I know it will be going to a good home and I am excited to see the next steps he takes it to.

    I started out with a 65 Dart and went to a 69 Road Runner. Then a 73 Challenger or two and back to the B Bodies, back when you could buy a nice 4 year old car for $1000. But, that was a lot of money to me when I was on my own and 20 years old.

    Lot's of great people over there. A different crowd though. More beginners in the car hobby. Not everyone can afford to start out with a 68 Charger to build. Beginners on a limited budget find a 64 Valiant for a few thousand and go from there.
