They can break too. The way that old "Genie" door opener bent that door in half I don't know why it needs springs in the first place. You would think it would have a safety clutch on it. Maybe it does?
It's a Wayne Dalton. They have a bad rap because of their opener. They use plastic gears and...
The door has a spring on each side. The one spring had broke when I wasn't around. I hit the button on the wall to open the door and I noticed it was going up crooked, just one side. So I hit the button again to stop it but it wouldn't stop. Hit the button several times before it finally stopped...
Speedometer was jumping last season. Might as well lube it up and the cable.

BTW the way you can check if you have good vacuum in the crankcase is to remove the cap on the valve cover and...
Just one breather. Looks like you already have the pcv in the passenger side valve cover.
Since you're a good guy and have the same valve covers, I went out to the garage and took some pics. Sorry I don't have the part #s but they were found on Summit.
As stated, you need a breather on the opposite valve cover from your pcv to allow the crankcase ventilation to work. Building up pressure can cause your oil leaks.
BTW welcome back!
