Been awhile for me but try spraying some WD-40 on it for awhile. Use a hard piece of plastic to push on it. If someone can help turn the crank while you're putting pressure on it. Once you get a little showing use a needle nose vice grip to help pull it out. Good luck.

The bracket is the same for AC. The factory AC bracket shares the same top bolt in the alternator bracket closest to the water pump. Other than that I'm not sure what to tell you unless the orientation of the bracket you are using was off. The next bracket down the page states "used on '68...

I bought the single pulley and replaced the double. Use a power steering puller to remove it. Take the back half off the alternator so you can press the new pulley on the armature. I think I found the pulley on ebay.

Finally getting momentum on the getting the 1962 Plymouth Savoy back on the road

I guess you would call them carpet hold down clips. I can't remember how many. Maybe 5 per side, maybe 6. Take your sill plate and lay it where it goes. Mark the holes that it uses and the remaining holes should be for the clips.

Finally getting momentum on the getting the 1962 Plymouth Savoy back on the road

The one is the front e-brake cable that goes through the trans cross member. Clamping the cables to the studs is the way the factory did it. If you look closely on my underside picture, there is only a rectangular piece spot welded there for reinforcement, no wings. Now if it was a revision I...

I'd try my best to get it out of there. Might be a flow restriction. You could use a magnet. 90* needle nose pliers, small screwdriver bent at an angle? If you get a hold of it bring it through the hole sideways. Good luck!

Too small for one of the spacers. With that offset it looks like a spring clip/clamp. Maybe from a PCV valve?
