I made a poster board template for the first half and then cut out a scallop style mounting bracket. I’ll drill holes, add nutserts, then weld into place and repeat for the other half.

Starting to lay mine out. Mine will be an aluminum panel with carbon fiber bonded to it. Borrowed a laser line generator to make it easier.
