Sad day for my 69 B convertible

If it runs good (or did) I would be tempted to throw in a double roller and cruise on! Good point from BigBadDad below. Pull the pan and clean the debris out.

Correct Oil Filter For 68 Charger

I didn't think of it myself until I pulled a 2 year old shop vac filter out of a box. It wasn't pretty. The humidity had gotten to it.

Correct Oil Filter For 68 Charger

I don't know about you but I wouldn't want to screw a 50 year old filter on my engine and think it was good. That many years on the shelf and they can get pretty nasty inside. Paper elements and half century old glue can't be all that good.

    mopar performance valve covers

Interesting. I'm not a fan of the look but personal choice there. The knockouts are exactly that. You can pop them out with the ball end of a ball peen hammer.

    mopar performance valve covers

You need to get the correct one before you start drilling. Al the aluminum covers I ever owned had knock outs. But that was back in the 70's. They might be different now.

    Nutserts for firewall items

A great idea. Just make sure the paint is off around the hole so the nutsert provides a good ground path. I boiled a battery and caused some overcharging damage because of loose sheet metal screws holding my voltage regulator to the firewall. Go for it.

    Real Pentastars (almost sold)

Sorry fellas but we are not turning this thread into a sale thread. You will need for @dadeo to sort through his sales and contact the buyers. When that is done he can continue selling what is left. Lesson learned here. If you have 100+ of the same item for sale, don't sell them all at once...

Electric choke on an AV2 explanation

Does the coil get hot enough with engine heat to keep the choke open? I should experiment.
