Cant spin wheel after lugs are tight

Old and new drums do the same? The thing you changed was the shoes? Wrong shoes. Regardless of the dimension. Like I said. with the lug nuts loose, spin the drums. Do they spin? Snug up the nuts a bit. Do the drums still turn? Keep tightening a little at a time until there is a rubbing noise.It...

Cant spin wheel after lugs are tight

If the drum spins independent of the wheel then the rim is rubbing on something then.

    WTB 70 B-body 3-Speed Wiper Switch

That's up to the original poster to do his homework to get the part he needs. He asked for a part for a particular year and model. If you have one, fine. If you don't, commenting on sale and wanted threads is against sale rules.

Cant spin wheel after lugs are tight

Excessive Fan Noise due to fan speed

Video? Sounds like the OP needs a new clutch? Oh and even new ones can be noisy. I replaced one on my Dakota and it sounded like a Corsair taking off for 10 or 15 min. I returned it and the next one was perfect.

Are you ready for a real weird one? Random NO spark from a MP electronic ignition system despite numerous parts swapped around...

Intermittent electrical issues are very difficult to diagnose. If you can make it act up or it happens with regularity, its a bit easier. Otherwise, you just keep throwing parts at it until something fixes it or you carefully test each component and all the wiring and grounds and correct...
