IMHO the holes look like the Canadian 1972 and up wheel but I'm stumbling on the dates. Is the M4 saying 1974??? But that wouldn't jive since they were clearly made in the USA. Can someone in the know spell out exactly what year these are or can poster show the a clear picture of the valve...

As far as actuator goes NOS has a brownish/greenish look to them. Many when restoring paint them a flattened black. My original just cleaned up with WD-40 and a brush is grayish now.
