I did an apprenticeship as a car mechanic 50 years ago. If only a tiny area you may be ok but the worst thing is the side that didn't get doused will most likely be a stronger brake. The brake imbalance could show up in the wet weather. They should be replaced - no real way to get the fluid out.

Just keep in mind there are many other causes of vibrations all you can do is get the driveline angles being discussed here right and go from there. If the car is smooth - all good. Can you post an update I would be interested in hearing how you get on.
