well off shore manufacturing is really worth it . what bets me is that lube out of place was still ground correctly . should have the QA inspector caught that , as well as the grinder . goes to show you they just don't care !
So with timing gear and bearing installed, #1 intake lifter is hitting the #2 exhaust lifter ramp. Enough to bump the entire cam forward. With all other lifters installed, no other interference.
Second issue with **** quality, a shout out goes to Cloyes for double stamping their crank sprocket...
IIRC, I was browsing a 69 Coronet R/T Ragtop on Guardian @ $135k. Ready to reach for my wallet and ready to pay full freight if it was ANYWHERE NEAR what it appeared to be. At a premium, you don’t expect to find the things that Mullet found. Good I have no storage. Shame on Volo.
I have a 1968 GTX convertible. When the top is up there’s a bad rattle noise in the top/ trunk area when the top is down it goes away. I can’t find anything loose. Any ideas on what to look for?

Starting point from last tune on the Idle ckt.
Park 800rpm and 14* timing
Drive 650rpm and 10* timing
This was with vacuum advance hooked up and original Timing no advance was 5*
Increased timing in Drive...
Before I bought the Sleeper Bee 4 years ago I looked at a car Volo had online but then I did some research about them on the internet and it was not good at all.
Many pissed off customers. But to spend that kind of $ and not go look at it yourself is insanity.
