Great point. This brings up another annoyance. They ought to put notches on the ends of those spoilers too, because it seems most people have their side mirrors aimed straight back at me, instead of angled to view their blind spots.

Now cut a 2-inch notch out of the middle of that wing and see a dramatic improvement...in nothing. :lol:

I'm not buying that there's any benefit to a notched spoiler vs. a full straight spoiler other than aesthetics...or to reduce downforce, which defeats the purpose. I'd like to find some wind tunnel testing of the exact same spoiler, with one having the notch...

Nice Polara. I just did that rust repair on my '70 Charger...the inside fender rear splash shield on the passenger side was rusted out and the rubber gaskets were toast. Yours looks like a bit more work, though...good luck with the repairs, looking forward to seeing the resto. Grendel...
