As for my car, it was not there in 2006 since I built it in 2014. But is was there in 2016. It won it's class that year and also some recognition from the MOPAR top ten team. Then again in 2018. I have not competed since then. I do the "display only" thing now...
I can't believe I'm saying this..... but it's getting harder to find original steel wheels. You never know when you need one wheel/tire for a project or a roller. I don't throw much away anymore.
Not sure it was mentioned, but I remember as a kid a trick to "repair" soaked brake lining, was after taken off the car, clean shoes as best as possible, then reapply a flammable solvent (most likely gas?), and light them up. I can see some merit to that in maybe helping "draw" out any...
Swapped the shoes and drums side to side on the front after cleaning them all with 99% alcohol. Hoses, wheel cylinders and hard lines all look fine. And . . . now the brakes steer hard to the right. No way to perform a hard stop with them. I would either swap ends or go off the road.

I hope that is the problem and a new pump solves it. I found mine by accident. I thought my engine had deeper problems so swapped in a new rebuilt engine. I had intentions of tearing it down, but my truck fuel pump failed so I pulled the pump off of that engine and put it on my truck.
