It's Tail Light Tuesday Whatchya Got?

I kinda like it. I like it a lot more than Manufacturer Initials in the taillights...it's British and somewhat subtle, so thumbs up.

parallel parking is a lost art.......

Dad was a whizz at that. A tractor and a 4 wheel wagon is twice as hard as a pick up and a 2 wheel trailer. I have a small trailer I haul my riding mower around with. With a short tongue, it turns way shorter than the pick up will. That makes for a tough combination when backing and turning.

A cloudy day, but not like you think.

I've noticed all week there have been Stratus Clouds lower than the mountain tops. I guess today they've reached down to 7,500 above sea-level. Agree with you Bee. We get two different forecasts daily. One for the foothills and one for the "High Country." I would be surprised if it's not...

California Car exemptions by Jay Leno

There’s lots of conservatives in Commiefornia. Problem is the Commie Demorats control the government and the elections. Plus there’s a lot of stupid people in the big cities. I believe the elections there have been rigged for years. How else would you get the “ Bullet train to nowhere”? When...

Herb "Mr 4 Speed" McCandless has Prostate Cancer

Remember; 50% of doctors finished in the bottom half of their class. That may be why their business is called a "practice".

parallel parking is a lost art.......

It's an art so lost that I only do it when there is no traffic. Otherwise a car is bound to stop on your back bumper and sit there with a confused look on their face.

A cloudy day, but not like you think.

I lived in the Frisco/Dillon/Silverthorne area for a year (Sept '99 to Dec '00) and I will say The whole truck including the windshield was covered in snow/ice. Also, if you didn't plug in your block heater, good luck getting it started the next morning. Too GD cold up there @9100'!! The...

Opinions on TCI Streetfighter 727 auto/forward manual trans vs rebuild (late 70's trans)

you can rebuild for half that, but if you get the street fighter, now you have two transmissions! 2 is 1, 1 is none :)

Herb "Mr 4 Speed" McCandless has Prostate Cancer

My brother had fallen off a ladder and hurt his back. He went in for a CT scan and the tech saw something in the background. Went in again for a closer look and saw a tumor on his prostate. Shortly after that they removed it. That was at least twenty years ago. He's still doing fine.
