I see plenty of resellers (profit, classic etc) doing split bench and bucket seat covers for hardtops and coupes...
please show me how i can get the cool blue covers for my 68 4door?
Thanks!
R413 They were a little wonky before that...so not attributing it to glass installer. But the 2in1 Bike Chain Oil was applied! The
Nylon slides as it should, both latches were adjusted outwards to their maximums, and BOTH doors are operating as they should. You guys are quite helpful once again!
I finally get the heat restored and replaced...the windshield removed, regasketed and resealed...and wham!
Both front doors magically gave up the ghost at the same time! The doors close unimpeded into proper position, but then
they fall back out that magical half inch. Why wont it stay...

Ah! So there is no typo - the 2 applications for the part number (wcrd672) are just listed separately.
3. '66 to '70 B-Body four door sedan and wagon, Precision WCRD 672
4. '66 to '67 B-Body two door sedan, Precision WCRD 672
Precision wasn't even able to determine this :)
Interesting how far this mistake has traveled, as everyone from Summit and Jegs all the way down to Dante's and other specialty shops list this mistaken match (wcrd672 for 68-70 4 door/wagons). Some folks mistake wcrd715 too. Tough sledding.
Thats what i pointed out as well. This means that no one makes - or has made - a reproduction 1968 B Body four door/wagon windshield gasket?
No part # exists? Why are people selling wcrd672 as fitting both a 66-67 coronet 2 door AND a 66-70 B body four door?
I dont think so :(
I just started a thread asking why the maker of the that gasket - and 80- percent of websites - list that as 66-70
when the manufacturer clearly claims it's ONLY for 66-67. btw Steele Rubber will match your existing gasket profile
(with the closest one they have) and send...
GOOD NEWS/ BAD NEWS.
After doing all you can without removing the windshield, it has been determined by one wrench and one glass installer that the car is good
- no apparent rust or holes - vents and drains and heater core in good shape. Got all the heater ducting & its going in next week. But...
AHA!!!!!
Thank you each and all for helping/ Antenna and drains and wiper seals passed the test. For now :)
The windshield leaks at the bottom on both corners. Hopefully when it gets pulled the channel is still serviceable.
On to the heating ducts in a new thread!
Greetings all!

Up here at the inner fender outer fender front door meeting place :)
Is this a caulkable/strippable affair? Water pours right down into the passenger floorboard.
Starting place?
Thanks!!!
dave's not here lol!
AVS2 is a 650cfm carb. Accelerator pump is in weakest (lowest) position. Fuel pressure set by inline manual dial at 4.0 psi - doesn't starve until 3.5 psi so that's good. Will check float and start with rods. Thanks!
Greetings all! The title says it all - so straight to the point:
I have a spring/jet/metering rod kit - does anyone one know what combination - or steps away from stock would lean this thing down a bit? Its in a 1968 Plymouth Satellite : 318 with a mild cam and a mid-rise manifold (headers...
