Right side fits with a 28x10 Mickey The left side is really close to the lip- These are just wheels to leave on the car when I am not going to shows- those Goodyear Bias redlines are too expensive to drive on all the time

235 / 70 should fit- I have a spare one to do a test fit

People ran F70’s on 8 inch rims

I already have the rims - so want to try a tire that will fit

I put on the NOS chrome box- had the harness modified to reach where I put it . I wanted electronic ignition on the car - so it’s the big deviation from stock restoration. I also didn’t want it on the firewall- which is where the electronic harnesses have it placed So it sits under the washer...

Dash is up !

Just back from a few weeks of vacation- back to work. Almost ready to swing the dash up and bolt it in place

Heater core is in !

original battery tray back in. The dimples on the valve covers are there for a reason !

The original door are in really good shape- except for where the mice nests were and the mice piss soaked the nests and over decades - ate the metal on the doors in the weirdest spots

More progress- had the hinges rebuilt so want to get them locked down on the car and check the door fitment (before they get worked on ) So now I can put the heater box and dash in. Happy with how the doors fit . Now they are next for bodywork
