    Yeah it took a lot of finesse to do it without hitting the door. I did have to file a tiny bit off one door edge. Damn stack up tolerances...lol

    I literally set the unfinished grille in the car and use that to locate where the pin location needed to be on the headlight assembly bracket. then transferred that location to the hood. a lot of work, but it worked pretty well. pic of lock location attached
