Time for some strips and trim paint. Picture is before I finished taping... I actually extended the tape into the trunk to the first 90 degree bend so the stripes would look all professional like... lol Turned out slick
A couple shots of the grille after 16 hours of labor and a finished shot of the dash frame with restored vin plate. Both turned out pretty good I think.
I literally set the unfinished grille in the car and use that to locate where the pin location needed to be on the headlight assembly bracket. then transferred that location to the hood. a lot of work, but it worked pretty well. pic of lock location attached
