    Op's not the first... TRW power Steering You might find a donor relief valve. Looked up a couple and they range from $60 to $600!

    That's screwed up. I guess the guy in the vid screwed up too. I did a Saginaw not long ago and you just tighten it all up tight.

    Factory set might mean you just make it tight and forget about it. Being tight with the spring and check ball should be Factory set. Was everything tight when you took it apart?
