I absolutely won't endorse the hf version of the pump. I've gone thru several. I do have one that has outlasted all the hf ones, but I'm away from it, and don't remember the brand. The new hf one in the box is used for illustration. I haven't needed it here yet.

I have mine mounted on top of the driveshaft tunnel in the back seat area. It's the most central area to the engine bay, drivers area, and fuel cell, and makes routing of the firing system pretty easy to set up. By putting it on top of the tunnel, if I need to get into the back seat area...

I don't mind Go-Wings or scoops on RRs or other Mopars...but IMO the second gen Charger looks just wrong with any of that. The body is so perfect as it is...don't muck it up. I don't even like the R/T door scoops on '70s, they hide some of the best side body lines on the car (the scallops)...
