My wife and I had a very nice 16 LTZ impala limited we both liked the older
( limited ) impala body style.
The newer impala body's have shrunk like most all cars. Like a dumb azz we traded for a newer equinox , only 24 k on it but we / I do not like it.
We are looking a a few 2019 - 20...

One seat that caught my eye and was comfortable was the honda ridge line,
Plus they are manual adjust and decent side bolsters.

As far as timing, there are chrysler 9.5 plates in many old distributors.
That gives you a 19 swing without welding ect. You can if your engine needs it start at 16 to 17 at idle.
I used one of the 9.5s in mine with lighter springs :drinks:.
