I don't see how you would mount them if you're installing headers - and likely wouldn't fit anyway. The shield is mounted TO the stock exhaust manifold via two threaded studs and nuts. I think this is for stock applications, and not so much with what you're doing. (And your air cleaner housing...
I think you're missing some. The top ones with the plastic "sleeves" may be for the outside rear seats. The very top one looks correct for the middle bench seat, front passenger. If the mount is bent at an angle, it would likely be for a back seat. The two bottom ones are your shoulder belts...
'69 B, Big Block are the same size (5/8"). '70 B, Big Block are two different sizes (1/2" & 5/8").
And I discovered where I read about the difficulties in installing. I just saw in YO's description, the inner diameter is the same as the fitting sizes. No wonder they are so hard to install.
If I remember correctly, about 5 years ago I installed Year One repops on my '70 B-Body. They were really difficult to get over the fittings and heater core. I thought I read somewhere that this is what you get, nowadays. They eventually went on and have lasted these 5 years without a problem...
