    67 coronet wagon tailight operation

    there are 2 lights mounted inside the tailgate itself. mine have never worked. are they just running lights that come on with the headlight switch?should they blink? are they only there as the warning flashers?

    im going to have to remove the whole assembly because i cant get my manual window down.i would like to put a new key cyl in while im at it because the key is very loose in the one in it now.where can i get one?
