It was covered in MCG years ago. It had been put in there landfill. When they were doing some digging for a shop expansion, the remains of the car were uncovered. Not much left.
This car was very original. I hand painted the original black undercoating and cleaned the original greenish paint. Just posting this as a decent guide for restorations.

It was like you stated...from the windshield rearward it looked identical to a USA Dart except for the "Valiant" letters on the back. The fenders looked longer and had turn signals on the tops near the headlights...
If I'm not mistaken, the headliners (and the trunk divider) were flocked vs. paint. That's how they achieved that short fuzzy look. Spray headliner with glue, select the correct color flocking, liberally sprinkle the flocking on the glue, let dry, shake excess flocking off.
[1] Fitting on the intake runner. Use that for a vacuum device: brake booster, headlight door, heater vent door. NOT for PCV. Those rubber block off caps are notorious for cracking, causing air leaks.
[2]. PCV. Might have been disconnected because it was gummed up. A working PCV will rattle...
These are the Cobra twin 1.59" piston calipers, they are aluminum. The wheel clears the dust/grease cap just fine. There is more than 10 threads of the lugs to attach to.
