Correct on the colors. If the fender tag is painted when the car is painted...then those numbers would not have been seen later on the assembly line. The only "different" options on the car are a 4-way flasher toggle, the e-brake red alert light and a light in the center console and trunk...

The higher the octane, the more resistant the fuel is to burning. 87 octane gas dos have more energy in it, so the lower the octane you can safely run, the better. Of course, detonation can be a very bad thing... This is a great idea. I might need to buy me one of those!
