    Pennsylvania still requires a notary between resident buyer/seller. Out of state selling to Pa residents requires a notary. Pa selling out of state is up to the state the vehicle is being sold to.

    TV shows that you've binge watched.

    They show reruns of American Pickers on Defy TV (free digital) and I can't get away from it. They show it almost all day once a week. If Gunsmoke ran all day it would be the same.
