I run a 160 thermostat, mopar performance pump (seems identical to a stock one, just aluminum), stock radiator (but might have been altered to 4 core, I believe stock was 3), stock fan and shroud, and fan clutch (I might remove the clutch). Also have the all in timing set to 35 degrees.

The line(s) going to the sending unit will be 5/16".
Vent tube is more like 3/4".
Look under your car. Are there one, or two, "fuel hoses" going to where the sending unit would be (center vehicle, in front of the rear axle)? That will tell you if you need one for, or without, a return line.
I have one of those in my 70 GTX and it fit perfect. You can't even tell it's aluminum from just looking at the top and front. Factory shroud bolted right on.

most of these mopar guys,first thing they do is rip the 383 out out of their cars and spend a fortune building a 440.
you should be able to pick and choose a good 383 forged crank base motor for dirt cheap.

last Griffen radiator I got was glued together, (epoxy of some sort). Not very impressed with it. Just bit the bullet and talked to Bob at Griffen. Should have it in about a month.
