If the shocks are tee'd together, then there's 2 things that can make the car lean. Uneven leaf springs. And improperly adjusted or unevenly matched torsion bars.
Pull the bottoms of the shocks and make the car sit flat.
Vinegar works well to etch the surface so that paint will bite. Wipe it down with vinegar, then degreaser, then a plain water rinse. Then a bonding primer.
If you are saying you want the live major networks on the same schedule as antenna I’d check out Sling. When I last had them like a year ago it had the major networks for like $40 a month IIRC.
