Same here but running aluminum intake and the alum acts like a heat sink so it takes a bit to heat up before driving and playing with the car

Or old fashion off the shelf denatured alcohol. It evaporates fast after install

Could replace your factory sender to get a reading also. Make sure the gauge works thou.
