I've got a 392 in my charger. 2x4s but prettymuch stock. 10:1 pistons. I'd like a nice streetable cam. Laboring idle ( turf sounding but not shake idle). There 2 cams on ebay now. I need some advice on weather or not one of them would be what I want. Need some advice guys!!!!!!!
Can anyone give me a way to tell the difference between a converter for a cast and forged crank?? I have a 392 with a forged crank on alluminum torqueflite. I need to use the correct converter of course..I need to know how I can make sure i getnthe right one. Advice needed here
I put a 392 in my 66 charger and ended up withna vibration in neutral. I had to have the crank holes welded shut and new ones drilled for the converter to fit..I took it to a machine shop and looks like they did a fine job. Also, the balancer on the front crank pulley moves back and forth...
