Still have the noise. I was told to drive it and hopefully, it’ll get better. I’ll live with it through this season & if it persists, I’ll get serious about it over the winter.
I don't think it was even that long purchased my first 69 Charger in late 1975 & while it ran great, the fenders, quarters & dutchman panel all had rot in them. The front seats were pretty well torn too. You don't see 2019 cars all rotted out today.
I did use some of that stuff, but I kept it at a minimum and tried to hide it as much as I could. It's mostly on the RH inner fender and is mostly hidden by the computer, relay box and heater hoses.

On the way over to Dave’s shop, I started to develop a creaking in the left side of the front end. Turned out that I forgot to tighten the eye nuts on the upper control arms. Two were cockeyed on the left and one was on the right.
Yesterday, I had my buddy Dave vacuate the system, replaced the $19.00 trinary switch, recharged the system & it works like it's supposed to. 50 degrees of cold air coming out the vents.
