    70 Rocker Moulding Clips Ford?

I recall seeing a thread somewhere, but can’t find it after a search indicating that a certain Ford rocker panel clip will fit in 1970 GTX or sport satellite rocker molding. Does anybody recall this and if so, what Ford clip was that? thanks MF

    Rebirth of my 1970 GTX!

I was really tempted to use the Eastwood stuff as I want to do as much work as possible myself. But, a few things got farmed out. I hope yours stay looking great!

    Understanding Thermostat Temps

I run a 160 in the Charger, but it is more a strip car than street. The Coronet has the 180 degree driving on the street with EFI. Some of the self learning EFIs don't go into the self-learn mode until after 160-170 degrees.

What did you do to your Mopar today?

Stripped the interior on her TJ. Gonna scuff and bedline it tomorrow. No more carpet!

I hate to be that guy, but I am that guy. People come to me after they do it wrong. You have no compression. Summit? Don't go to a counter person for performance advice. From their info...screenshot They say it works best with 9.0 compression and higher. You got 8.2 on a good day. 340 and...

    FBO timing plate questions

The number on the plate is how much mechanical advance you will get with the plate installed. That’s it. So with your 14 initial….set the plate to 18….you will get 32 total. Check with the timing light though to ensure that’s what you end up with. Both of my cars the fbo plate has been bang on.

    FBO timing plate question

Do they have a help line? I think when you install it, you can eyeball check if it looks correct? Checking with a timing light will tell the truth.

    FBO timing plate question

When I put the plate in my distributor, I used the number 14 slots, I set my timing to 20 degrees initial and that allowed it to run to 35 degrees total timing. I wasn't going to complain about a 1 degree error.

    E-85 on the street

Here in Colorado it is pretty easy to find, but usually the actual Ethenol content is around 70%, but it worked in my 12.4:1 compression engine. I did screw up and had a fuel filter that was not compatible which filled the carb with parts of the filter. Make sure ALL your fuel system will work...

    E-85 on the street

Does anyone run E-85 in their street mopar? 1970 Challenger with high compression B block. Currently running mix of Av Gas and supreme. But if I am taking a road trip, I can't pack enough Av Gas for a long ride like Drag Week. How hard is it to find E-85 on the road? thanks

'71 road runner 383 purple cam? - how can I find the model/specs with distributor removed?

There are different marks on two I have here. Both in numbers and paint dobs. The 458 also has red patch on it. One is a 450/458 and the other is a 484.

    FBO timing plate question

I just picked up an FBO timing plate for my 69 Coronet. I’m running a reman points distributor with a 15L advance plate and a Pertronix Ignitor. Not that it matters, but it’s going on a 451 stroker. My question is, the FBO instructions state the number of degrees on the plate indicates CRANK...
