    Muscle car....?????

These were either just factory prepped or in some case outsourced drag cars or production every day average family cars at that time. Seems to me the term musclecars didn't become the phrase until the early 80's. No one expected so many to last 50-60+ years and now have such value. I missed...

Doing a swap and need advice

You don't want the bolt on yoke. Then you would need a 2 piece driveshaft that has slip joint in it. Going to a 727 from a 904 you're going to need to change the slip yoke anyway because they are not the same size. Just get a long shaft 727 transmission and grab the driveshaft from it as well...

What's it Worth 2 early 392 Hemi's plus extras - what are they worth ?

These are always priced all over cost wise. I have seen them from $500 to $2500 depending on condition and how complete they are.

Doing a swap and need advice

Thank you all for the responses. Just to clarify. The long tail housing lengths, such as the 2 in the photos, are what I want, instead of the one with the short tail housing length with the bolt on yoke. Thanks again

Do you have any weird first names in your family?

All the boys on my Moms side were all named Sam, so far 5 of them. It was their middle names that told them apart…. Silas Simpson Sampson Stewart Scott It’s like living with George Forman, albeit without the grill. When I was young, I dated a girl named Cinnamon, you can do the math on that...

    FBO timing plate question

“Only 30 crank degrees”? Thats a hell of a lot. It’s putting me at 44-45 total right now. About 10 degrees too much. That’s why I am going to try the plate. If the plate doesn’t put it where I want it, I’m going to have to go back to the “old” way of welding, filing, and measuring the slots.
