Nobody has a spare one of these rubber belt covers? I do realize there are repros on eBay but I'd rather not spend $80 - $100 to ship one of these to Canada. Spare me a dirty but intact one that I can clean up, that would be great. :)
I was restoring my decades-old seatbelts, they turned out quite nicely with a good scrubbing with Dawn dish soap and hot water, but unfortunately one of the rubber boots covering the mounting tabs was ripped. Anybody have a spare please?

Time to dig the seatbelts out of the bag they've been sitting in for over 20 years. Not a sexy update, unfortunately.
A pic of the rear belts, they looked pretty cruddy, but surprisingly no rust. I thought I'd have to give them a soak in black RIT dye to restore the color, but after a good...
So lame that the manufacturer tried to gaslight you regarding the "paint flashing". Sorry to hear about these big deal-breaker issues, and it's laughable that you need 'software updates' to fix stuff. The issue with the seat retraction is also a major safety issue worthy of (another) recall.
I totally agree with this particular example. However, I had rusty front & rear bumpers and broken front grille on my '70 Charger...since it was going for body & paint anyway, I had the bumpers painted body color to match, and I fabricated my own custom grille. I think it looks pretty good, and...
