    my shock crossmember had damage, and a hole ripped through the trunk floor some time before 1985, someone stitched it back together before I bought it ......... I assume it was from air shocks?

    lizard skin sound control over a coat epoxy is pretty quick and easy if the car is gutted put your carpet down and fuggetaboutit

    epoxy primer on everything........ I use a couple different brands and colors; but it's all I use........ except for an aerosol can of etch on the bench for small, quick stuff

    black epoxy primer.....or epoxy primer/black paint I like to rough it up with a sandblast, but epoxy seems to stick to everything
