Yes, 64 only. The inner fender "mod" was a factory deal. All 64 Dodge Max Wedges -- sedan and hardtop -- had that mod. Non MW cars did not. I believe Dodge intended to use them on the drag cars but the additional weight didn't offset the minimal performance gains.
