    Mount a Holley carb on stock 383 Manifold-Baffled

    I have a holley 80508s carb i am trying to mount on a stock 383 manifold. I have a square bore to spread bore adapter-but it doesn't seem right. See the photos. I can't be the first guy to try this. Does anyone know of an adapter that will work? I prefer not to change the manifold.
