WTB RH Quarter extension for 69 RR.

Here’s how I repaired my extensions today. Used a drill press to drill and tap for a 6/32” stud. A bit tricky getting the extension housing aligned under the drill press to ensure an accurate hole for the tap.

Here’s how I dealt with this issue today. The upper radius on the quarter was too tight and therefore didn’t match up to the quarter extension. As you can see in the pic’s I cut a relief line to bring the upper and lower in line with the extension then welded up the relief line. I then beveled...

I wish I knew. If it’s a factory quarter can you tell me the dimension from the bumper cut out? I don’t which one is correct and I can’t get an answer to my question on the forum. If you can measure from the bottom corner cut out to the bumper cut out that would be great. Once we figure it out...
