I can't visualize a fix for your issue. I can tell you that I always throw in the towel when I have issues with the bell cranks. This is the solution that works. Expensive and worth every penny.

Before you order find out what power steering pump you have (assume you have power steering). I believe if you have a Federal pump you must change it to a Saginaw and buy an additional adapter.

You are correct. Each vertical division is 100V per your scale. The "Vp-p" is volts peak to peak. A us is microsecond which is 1*10e-6 seconds. I'm impressed you picked this up easily.
