I would first check all bolts and nuts, all the leaks I have had with cast iron hp manifolds have been at the pipe flange. Buy some remflex gaskets will save you a lot of headaches.These sealed mine up even with a slightly bent pipe flange.

I bought a 3rd member 3.73 from Dr Diff about 4 months ago. Have had no issues so far. I would also recommend going with the snap ring style green bearings Dr Diff sells.

Finally got the trim off, it looks like someone had reglued these at one point. There was defiantly 2 different glues on these.
