Could someone explain how air shocks work to a newbie? And possibly how to adjust them?

Could it be from the last set that blew out? Just maybe. If the shocks are tee'd together, then there's 2 things that can make the car lean. Uneven leaf springs. And improperly adjusted or unevenly matched torsion bars. Pull the bottoms of the shocks and make the car sit flat.

What's the cheapest tv subscription that provides local programming .....

If you are saying you want the live major networks on the same schedule as antenna I’d check out Sling. When I last had them like a year ago it had the major networks for like $40 a month IIRC.

'69 B Body 383 - I would like to add a fan shroud. Will this work?

No, not overheating now. I like the fan shroud as they have definitely helped in warmer weather, while idling, on all cars I’ve had to this point. Plus, it cleans up the engine compartment a bit, and adds a degree of safety for meatheads like me, reaching around in the engine compartment with a...

Seems what you ordered was a dash cap. It's made to glue over the driver’s original dash pad. What car are you working on, you didn't say.

wheels / tires for getting a car on a trailer

Tire shops used to sell junk take off tires for cheap if you just want something to roll around. Get some junkyard wheels and you will get the car out of there.
