Amazing. I've got a 62, and a set of polished TT's for it, with new slicks... and a set of 200s's and a pair of Ansen five spokes (mentioned in the article) in the to-be-restored pile as well. I'm a huge fan of daisies, since two lane blacktop.

Theoretically, 255s will be just under an inch wider in section. Turn your fronts lock to lock see if you have clearance for a half inch more tire in both directions. And the 4 1/4" on your wheels is backspace. Offset is a WHOLE different thing. P.S. love the daisies!

Oh, I understood. Recently had to put new tires and wheels on my cheap old open trailer. More than four hundred just for the tires, (chinese too!) and another two hundred plus for the wheels. And those were the best prices I could find for what I wanted. I was quoted $750 out the door for tires...
