Polish for chromed plastic parts such as grilles?
I don’t think lemon pledge leaves a residue (if buffed). It’s commonly used by detailers for dressing vinyl and plastic interior trim which would look like hell if any residue were left.- AR67GTX

Outside mirrors for 2nd generation Chargers
Gorgeous car! The chrome mirrors go well with the wheel well and rocker panel trim along with those OEM wheels which I like too. I like Cragars as well. My car came with the wheel well trim, but not the rocker panel trim.- DeltaV

'74 Charger SE Front Frame Rail, Fixable, or Replace?
I would be surprised if the k frame mounting area is solid still seeing the rust right behind it. Be real gentle if you decide to remove that k frame bolt right near the rust. More chrome the better I say. I was never a fan of the painted spirts mirrors. That is what I love and miss about the old 50's cars, all that chrome. See, one side, or the other.- 6PKRTSE
