I still look on Craigslist from time to time. Not much listed these days and what is listed are the same individuals that wanted way too much for it 3 years ago and still haven't sold the items.
Yes, they all do. It is an amazing class. Unfortunately, I have too many leftover go fast goodies on the car that doesn't make it F.A.S.T. legal that I would have to swap out and build a nice 512 low deck.
On any hyd f.t. camshafts. I pay extra for the additional nitride charge and also just break in using the outer springs. Then add the additional inner/damper springs.
I use flash solvent 142. It has a higher flash point that mineral spirits. I have had this same solvent in my parts washing tank for over 30 years, never changed it. Still works as good as new. It is dirty. I just scrape the thick goop off of the bottom once in a while. To get the dirty residue...
The pump being submerged in the tank should be getting cooled by the fuel. I doubt the tail pipes are heating the pump.
Also, I never liked how it sounds with a T/A-AAR style exhaust. You only hear the 4 cylinders firing out each side. It doesn't have that good sound like when both exits out...
Crazy what these are selling for these days no matter what year or applications. I had probably scrapped or given away 50+/- of various year air cleaners over the years back when aftermarket chrome everything was cool.
