I agree.
But here is my thought: Plan respectably. No, you can't foresee the future so the spending model will be flawed. So be it.
Then enjoy the money while you have good health an vigor to make some great memories. If later in life I have to work at Walmart as a greeter, so be it...
I have blown away some of the concrete on my patio pressure washing it when I had the pressure up too high. So I guess I'd be careful with the pressure so you don't blast away seat belt fibers. I've never done this cleaning, and it might work great - just start slow and use the minimum pressure...
Congratulations on your retirement. For me, it has been 5 years now.
The big "hurdle" most of us face retiring is that we have had beat into our heads to build our nest egg. But how much is needed? So yeah, you put together models and plan out how much to spend per year.
But, it is still...
It's a shame that so many of the reproduction parts are inferior. The problem is, you never know what will work well and what won't.

We got skills!
And can probably find seats for you too
Ready to help!
The biggest issue is anywhere you look, they crammed 10 pounds of stuff in a 5 pound bucket. There is NEVER any room to work on stuff or get it apart. The ride on mine is certainly not soft, but it is generally OK. I do think this thing needs more noise insulation in the storage area behind the...
Yeah, that car will make a impact anywhere it goes. Seriously, when was the last time you one anywhere? It would sure attract me to come over and check it out!
Mark asked me to post these. (I can take no credit for this other than helping post the pictures!)
Here is another of his previous projects. 1970 AMC "The Machine". I'd love to have one - I think they are super cool.
The higher the octane, the more resistant the fuel is to burning. 87 octane gas dos have more energy in it, so the lower the octane you can safely run, the better. Of course, detonation can be a very bad thing...
This is a great idea. I might need to buy me one of those!
