I’m always annoyed by how early the local Cars n Coffee is, so if there was a local thing later in the day I would go to that more often. But I mean local in my town, if it’s out of town then I still have to leave early to get there. Can you tell I hate getting up early?

I think at that point it’s probably cheaper to get a decent computer and just run the AI stuff locally. I do that with a new Mac, yeah it was around a grand but I’m set for a good long while. The AI I run on it Ollama and DiffusionBee were both free if I remember correctly.

I had a trial retirement a few years ago when I was laid off not long before Covid, lasted a year or so and I gotta say, wasn’t too boring and was pretty nice. I always find things to do that interest me, car related and in other areas. I hope I can retire for real one day.
