I used to use ebay years ago before CL arrived. Ebay got crappier to work with and resolve problems. Add shipping costs had me absorbing more of that and offering free shipping for a while. That was a losing model, so more stuff gets donated or taken to the recycler. I no longer use ebay.

So, seal expander wont fix that leak. Your issue is a leaking copper washer, similar to whats used on brake hose ends, only bigger. I was able to get one apart by just bopping the wrench with a dead blow...once. Maybe someone worked on yours with some hardening type of goop??
As long as they used hardner, if it was a repaint. I've found a couple that didn't!

There were no 440's installed from the factory in a B body in 66.
