Lots of good advice here. My first thought was a fuel delivery problem, but too tight valves are also a possibility. Does it have an adjustable valvetrain?

Am I seeing it wrong, but tell be those rockers don't look right? As in... over adjusted becasue they all look "closed" or partially open, which would not be the case across an entire bank.

The only reason I posted it was, putting all those parts together is just a piece of rolling art, good or bad. They have a large fan base due to cost and an endless flow of parts. Not my taste either, but he gets a pat on the back for ability.
