I drive a used 2013 F150 Platinum. I've hauled an RV and several 1 ton loads of soil and gravel with it. It's got a V6.
I owned a new 2015 RAM 1500 for a year and traded it for an F150.
I prefer tge F150 to the RAM and GM trucks.
I have issues stretching the sides if the rods are not polished clean. The sleeves will stick on rough rods.
You should be able to pull it loose from the glue and redo it. Take your time.
